Sametime Meetings support - requires a Sametime v11 FP2 server with the 11.5 meetings preview policy enabled. With the 11.0.3 mobile client you can now Start and Join Sametime meetings from the mobile device..
Network Reachability - better support for adverse network conditions and Airplane mode.
N-way conversation improvements - Users are now automatically joined to n-way conversations across all devices without needed to accept the invitation. Invitations can now be sent to offline users so they can participate once they log in. Users stay in the conversation until they manually leave it.
Support for im.mobile.restrictClipboard - This policy is on by default with the v11 FP2 server. It prohibits the user from pasting the contents of a chat message outside the app.
