Release 11.6.6
Release 11.6.6 includes the following features.
- Alerts for Scheduled meetings
- When you open the Meeting menu, if there are any scheduled Sametime meetings either in progress
or about to start, a prompt is displayed to start or join the meeting. The alerts is displayed for
Sametime meetings, 3rd party meetings, meetings with only dial-in information, or appointments.
Clicking the button in the alert performs the same action as clicking a meeting in the list:
- Sametime meetings on your primary meeting server loads the meeting and gives you the option to join or dial-in if the conference dialing is configured.
- Sametime meetings on secondary or guest servers displays the guest join dialog.
- 3rd party meetings prompts the user to launch Safari if the meeting URL is found in the online meeting field from notes, otherwise the meeting details open.
- Meetings with only dial-in information prompt the user for a number and passcode to dial into the meeting.
- Meetings with no meeting URL or dial-in information meeting details are displayed for you to decide how to proceed.
