ClearCase baseline properties

The DevOps Code ClearCase® Baseline properties page displays properties of a ClearCase UCM baseline.

The ClearCase baseline properties page provides information about a ClearCase baseline.

ClearCase baseline general properties

The General tab of the ClearCase Baseline properties page displays the following information about the selected ClearCase baseline:

Property name Property description
Name The name of the selected baseline.
Selector The object selector for the baseline.
Kind Always baseline.
Component The UCM component associated with the baseline.
Created on The date and time when the baseline was created.
Created by The name of the ClearCase user who created the baseline, in the form user_id.group_id.
Promotion level The promotion level assigned to the baseline.
Label status The label information for the baseline.
Description An optional comment associated with the baseline.

ClearCase baseline activities properties

The Activities tab of the ClearCase Baseline properties page displays the following information about the selected ClearCase baseline:

Property name Property description
Activities A list of all activities associated with the selected baseline, including activities from ClearQuest-enabled UCM projects. The Headline and the Owner of the activity are displayed.
Properties Displays the properties of the selected activity.

ClearCase baseline members properties

The Members tab of the ClearCase Baseline properties page is only available if you are viewing the properties of a composite baseline. The tab displays the following information about the selected ClearCase composite baseline:

Property name Property description
Baseline dependencies A list of the baselines on which the selected composite baseline is dependent. The Name of the baseline and the associated Component are displayed.
Properties Displays the properties of the baseline selected in the Baseline dependencies list.

ClearCase baseline streams properties

The Streams tab of the ClearCase Baseline properties page displays the following information about the selected ClearCase baseline:

Property name Property description
Streams A list of the streams associated with the selected baseline. The name of the Stream and the associated Project are displayed.

ClearCase baseline custom properties

The Custom tab of the ClearCase Baseline properties page displays the following information about the selected ClearCase baseline:

Property name Property description
Attributes A list of ClearCase attributes attached to the selected baseline. Each attribute has a Type and a Value.
Hyperlinks A list of hyperlinks attached to the selected baseline.

ClearCase baseline mastership properties

If the selected baseline is in a project VOB (PVOB) that is replicated using DevOps Code ClearCase MultiSite or is in a replicated Rational® ClearQuest® database, the Mastership tab of the ClearCase Baseline properties page displays the following information about the selected baseline:

Property name Property description
Current replica The replica name of the replica that holds the baseline (the replica that is accessible to the ClearCase server).
Master replica The name of the replica that masters the current replica object.

The mastership of an object determines who can modify it. In general, if your current replica does not master an object, you cannot modify it.

ClearCase baseline lock properties

For a base ClearCase view, the Lock tab of the ClearCase Baseline properties page displays the following information about the selected ClearCase baseline:

Property name Property description
State One of Locked, Unlocked, or Obsolete.
Locked by The name of the ClearCase user who locked the baseline, in the form user_id.group_id.
Locked on The date and time when the lock was created.
Description A comment associated with the lock.
Excluded users A list of users to whom the lock does not apply.
Add User Click to open the Add User dialog box, which allows you to add a user to the Excluded users list.
Remove User Click to remove the selected user from the Excluded users list.
Remove All Click to remove all users from the Excluded users list.
