About this task

In your role as triage administrator or project manager, periodically query for newly submitted requests and determine whether to accept or reject them. For example:

Procedure

In the HCL VersionVault client, navigate to the appropriate query and double-click it to run it.
Select a request from the Query results grid and review the request details.
If you decide that your team should work on the request, click the Utility icon on the request record form and select CreateTask to create a task for the work to be done to complete the request. Alternatively, you can create a task at a later time by clicking File > New > ALMTask. From within the task record form you can specify the request associated with the task. If you decide that your team should not work on the request, click the Utility icon and select RejectUnreproducible or RejectWorksAsDesigned.
