Editing an order level adjustment

Administrators with roles of either a CSR, CSR Supervisor, Seller (Merchant), Operations Manager, or Logistics Manager can edit the adjustments that are applied to an order.

Procedure

  1. Open HCL Commerce Accelerator
  2. Find the order you want to work with.
  3. Select the check box next to the order that you want to work with, and click Change.
  4. Click the Adjustments tab. The product details such as SKU, its quantity, contract name, price, and its discounts are displayed.
  5. Type in the new order level adjustments and shipping charges in the fields provided.
  6. Click Recalculate to get the new total amount. The discounts and the sales tax are recalculated.
  7. Click Undo to reset the changes.
