Unlocking contracts

A Site Administrator, Sales Manager, or Seller can unlock a contract for a user. For example, if a user's system stops while the user is editing the contract, the contract might be locked on the system. Also, if one user is editing a contract, this contract locks and prevents other users from editing it.

Procedure

  1. Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator
  2. Click Sales > Accounts. The Account List page displays, containing business accounts currently defined for the selected store.
  3. Select the check box to the left of the account that contains the contract you want to unlock. Click Contracts.
    The Contracts list displays, containing contracts that are currently defined for the selected business account.
  4. Select the check box to the left of the contract that you want to unlock. Click Unlock.
    The page shows the updated status of the contract.
