Changing a contract

Use WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to change a contract. The procedure applies to B2B stores only.

Procedure

  1. Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator
  2. Click Sales > Accounts. The Account List page displays, containing business accounts currently defined for the selected store.
  3. Select the check box to the left of the business account that has the contract you want to change and click Contracts. The Contract List page displays, containing contracts that are currently defined for the selected business account.
  4. Select the check box to the left of the contract that you want to change. Click Change. The Contract notebook now opens.
  5. Update the fields for each page and use the links on the left side to switch between pages.
  6. Click OK to save the updated contract and close the notebook.
