Before you install WebSphere Commerce Developer, verify that your hardware, software, and network configuration meet the minimum requirements for your particular WebSphere Commerce Developer edition. You also need to install the appropriate prerequisite software: Rational Application Developer, WebSphere Application Server, and the appropriate Java SDK version.

If you do not have the software, download the necessary eAssemblies from HCL License and Delivery portal.
