Adding and viewing quote comments

You can add comments to any quote for other Customer Service Representatives to see. These comments can also be sent to the customer.


  1. Create, modify, or find the quote you want to work with.
  2. Click the Comments page of the quote editor. You will see a table which contains any comments that have been added to the quote.
  3. Optional: Click Add to add a comment to the quote. Enter your comments in the text entry area.
  4. Optional: Check Send this comment to Customer and enter the customer's email address.
  5. Optional: Click OK.
