Installing WebSphere Commerce

Installing WebSphere Commerce 32-bit on a single machine using the quick installation
A quick installation is a basic installation of WebSphere Commerce 32-bit on a single machine. Quick installation for WebSphere Commerce 64-bit is unsupported.
Installing required and recommended fixes
Fix packs contain updates, fixes for problems, and updates that are based on Authorized Program Analysis Reports (APARs). Ensure that you install the required and recommended fix packs for WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Commerce and other products used by WebSphere Commerce. Fix packs are cumulative. A fix pack contains all of the APAR fixes shipped in previous fix packs for that release.

Procedure

Apply any applicable fixes. Using the information in Recommended fixes and settings for WebSphere Commerce Version 7 to determine the fixes you should apply.

Apply any applicable WebSphere Application Server fixes.
Apply applicable WebSphere Commerce fixes.
Apply any other required or recommended fixes.
