Ratings and Reviews features are not displaying in the Aurora storefront.

Problem

The Ratings and Reviews widgets do not appear on any of the store pages.

Bazaarvoice integration is not configured properly.

Verify that Bazaarvoice is enabled in the EMSPOT table.
Verify that the STORECONF table is configured for the store, and that older data is not cached in the registry. The cache can be reset in the registry through the WebSphere Commerce Administration Console.
Verify that the Bazaarvoice Transport is configured properly in the WebSphere Commerce Administrator Console.
