Authenticated users cannot provide review related content

Problem

Shoppers who are already signed in to the store are being told they must sign in. When a shopper tries to provide review related content, the shopper receives an error message.

• When a shopper clicks Write a review, the shopper receives the following error: We're sorry, you must be logged in to submit a review. Please go back and log in prior to submission.
• When a shopper clicks Reply to a review, the shopper receives the following error: We're sorry, you must be logged in to write a comment. Please go back and log in prior to submission.

Solution

The shared key value that you entered for Bazaarvoice Transport is incorrect.

Reset the shared key value in the WebSphere Commerce Administration Console.

Before you begin, ensure that you have your Bazaarvoice shared key. The shared key is in your Bazaarvoice implementation guide.

1. Open Administration Console.
2. Select the Store option. Select the store name that you want to work with and click OK.
3. From the Configuration tab, select Transport.
4. Click Add.
5. Check Bazaarvoice and then click Add.
6. Click Bazaarvoice transports. Input the shared key value from your Bazaarvoice document into the Bazaarvoice Shared Key field.
