Starting the event processor scheduled job

You can manually run the EventProcessor job to collect Sales Center usage data to send the data to IBM Digital Analytics, formerly known as Coremetrics Analytics. You can manually run this job between scheduled jobs, such as when you are trying to close off a reporting period.


  1. Open the Administration Console.
  2. Select Configuration > Scheduler.
  3. Locate the last EventProcess command which is in Inactive status.
  4. Select Change, and then click OK. Do not change anything.


This job starts. You can refresh the job status until its status changes to Successful.
