Tickets
The Ticket tab lets the end user create service now tickets if they are unable to get any desired solution or for any issues.
- Click on Login in the Ticket tab. (LDAP Credentials will work here).
- Provide organization credentials and Login.
Ticket Tab must be enabled by the BigFix Administrator through the BigFix console using Deploy Ticket Widget Fixlet.
After a successful login, user can create tickets and check the status of all tickets created in the past.
