  • An administrator can delete business units.
  • An application manager can add or remove applications to and from the appropriate business unit.
Note: An application can belong to only one business unit.
Automatic cleanup
Manually delete scans If selected, once the maximum scan limit is reached within an application, users will be prompted to delete scans manually.
Enable automatic cleanup If selected, once the maximum scan limit is reached within an application, the service will run in the background and delete oldest scans as needed.

Note: When a scan is deleted, issues that belong to that scan only will be deleted. If they were found in other scans too, they will not be deleted. The "First found" date for an issue will be unchanged, even if the scan in which it was first found has been deleted.

Allow Overrride

Allow this setting to be overriden within an application

Application managers or users with override permissions can enable this setting to configure application-specific settings, diverging from the default Organization settings. By default, the permission to override (if enabled) is assigned to application managers, but this can be changed in user roles.
Auto-close issues Enable auto-close issues to streamline and enhance the issue resolution process where the issues marked as "Fixed" will be automatically closed, if it is no longer detected in a consecutive scan of the same target during a rescan.
Allow override Asset group managers can enable this setting to configure asset group-specific settings, diverging from the default Organization settings.
Active Issues

Active issues are issues that require attention and resolution. You can define the scope of active issues. This will impact all dashboards and issue views.

Based on status and policies Issues with status: "Open", "In progress", "Reopened", and "New" (deprecated) that are also non-compliant with one or more policies.
