HCL® Marketing Platform provides security, configuration, notification, and dashboard features for HCL® Marketing Software products.
Data filters make it possible to restrict the customer data that an HCL® Marketing Software user can view and work with in HCL Marketing Software applications. You can think of the data you secure with a data filter as a data set defined by the fields in your customer tables that you specify.
You can assign users and groups to data filters on the Settings > Data filters pages.
Use this procedure to remove data filter assignments.

Removing data filter assignments

Use this procedure to remove data filter assignments.

Procedure

Log in to HCL® Marketing Software as a user with the Marketing Platform AdminRole role and click Settings > Data filters.
The Data Filters page displays.
Click View assigned data filters.
Perform an advanced search for assigned data filters to obtain search results from which you want to select.
From your search results list, select the data filters whose assignments you want to delete.
Click Unassign.

The selected assignments are deleted. The data filters themselves are not deleted.
