Program Costs table

The Program Costs table is under the Plan Budget Summary table on the Budget tab for plans. The table rows list programs by area. The columns provide figures for Actual, Committed, Forecast, and Allocated spending.

On the plan Budget tab, the program costs table shows only programs, without breaking them down into their respective projects. However, even though you do not see the project expenses directly, Unica Plan accounts for them through their parent programs.

The program name in each row of the Program Costs table provides a direct link to the budget for that program. This link is helpful because the program Budget tab provides a breakdown of its child-project expenses in the corresponding Project Costs table.
