Managing personalized content from the spreadsheet
In the Rules Spreadsheet, you can add, edit, or change the content element that is contained in a zone.

Procedure
- In the Content column, select the cell that references the content element that you want to change.
- Right-click the cell to display a menu. Do any of the following.
- Cut, copy, or paste the content element.
- Delete the content element. You must replace the content with another content element.
- Click Add content or Edit content to open the content selector and select a content element from the Content Library.
- Add a content widget
- Click Validate.
The system automatically validates all rules in the spreadsheet.
If errors exist, they are listed at the bottom of the spreadsheet.
- If no errors exist, click OK to save the rules and return to the document edit window.
