Generating a report of the meeting

You can generate a summary or detailed report for a meetings that you are the owner.

About this task

The Summary and Full reports are available after the meeting ends. For information about what is contained in these reports, see Generating reports.

Procedure

  1. From the Meeting Home, click Recent.
  2. Select the meeting and click the menu icon (Menu icon) for that meeting.
  3. Select Meeting reports and then click the type of report that you want to view.
    The report opens in a new window as a PDF.
  4. Using the task bar at the top of the window, you can print and download the report.
    When downloading the file, the default name is meeting_name_ date_report_type_number.
  5. Close the window to close the report. The report is not saved when closed.
