Creating a meeting list

You can create a list of meetings for easier access when sending a meeting request to a chat partner.

About this task

The meeting list is referenced when you start a meeting from a the chat conversation area. See Starting a meeting with a chat partner for more information.

Procedure

  1. Click the menu icon ( Add new contact) next to your name and select Meetings.
  2. Click Add Sametime Meetings.
  3. Type the URL for the meeting in the Enter a URL field.
  4. Type a display name for the meeting in the Add a name field that shows in the meeting list.
