Managing recordings

Recordings for meetings that you own are displayed from the main menu by tapping Meeting Recordings.

About this task

If you are not the meeting owner, you do not see recordings for the meeting. Recording that show in a meeting chat are there because the meeting owner shared the recording. When a recording is stopped, the meeting owner can choose to share the recording in the chat. You have access to this link until you leave the group chat. However, you can find the link in the recent meeting list.

If you are accessing the recording from the Recordings screen by tapping Meeting Recordings on the main menu, the following options are available.

  • Play the recording by clicking the play button on the recording icon.
  • Download the recording to your mobile device.
  • Copy the recording to the clipboard.
  • Edit the name of the recording.
  • Delete the recording.

Use the following steps to access recordings in the Recent Meeting page.

Procedure

  1. On the main menu, tap Meetings.
  2. Select the Recent tab and find the meeting you attended which was recorded.
  3. Swipe right on the meeting and click the menu icon (menu icon).
    If the meeting owner shared the recording, it is listed. To see a list of recent meetings with recordings, tap the filter icon in the bottom left corner of the screen then tap Filtered by > Recordings.
