Adding a meeting

When you select an existing meeting, you can modify the meeting.

Procedure

  1. Click the Sametime add-in logo and select Add Meeting.
    A list of your meetings displays.
  2. Click the meeting name to add it to the calendar event.
  3. To change meeting settings, click the edit icon (edit icon.
    You can change the settings related to the meeting. When you are finished with changes, click Save.
  4. Click Save in the Outlook event to save the meeting information in the event.
