Deleting a user

You can delete a user who is no longer active.

About this task

The Delete the ID from the vault option currently marks the user document as inactive in the vault and with a "time bomb" icon so that you can manually delete them from the ID vault application.

  1. From the Users and Groups page, in the Modify Tools column, click Delete user.

  2. In the Delete User form, select the deletion profile that you created for your organization, and then select the user to be deleted.

  3. Click Submit. The Adminp process processes the request in the background.

You will still need to approve the mailfile deletion request in the Domino Administration Requests application (admin4.nsf) once the rename workflow gets processed.
