Printing documents to PDF files

You can save a document as a PDF file so that you can download and print it.

Procedure

  1. In an open document, click File > Print to PDF.
  2. When you see the Processing is complete message, click the Click here to download the file link.
  3. Click Open with and click OK. The file is downloaded and opens in Adobe Reader. The default application is Adobe Reader, but you can select other applications to open the file.
  4. Click File > Print from the Adobe Reader menu.
  5. Specify the printing options that you want and click OK.
