RCCE-126

The maximum length for a parameter is length. The portion of the parameter that exceeds the limit is: parameter. Solution: Shorten the parameter. One way to do so is to enclose continuing parameters in apostrophes extending to column 71 to prevent additional blanks from being appended.

The BCL processor has encountered a PARM clause that is too long to process. The portion of the parameter that exceeds the limit is shown by parameter.
Processing of the BCL statements stops.
Shorten the PARM clause or continue it according to the guidelines for parameters enclosed in apostrophes. See BCL statement continuation for full instructions for continuing BCL statements.
