The BCL processor has encountered an invalid keyword.
This message is issued when the BCL processor encounters a REGION
or TIME keyword on an EXEC statement or when it encounters any parameter
besides the DLM parameter in a DD statement that specifies an in-stream
data set.
The invalid keyword is ignored and the BCL processor
continues processing the statement and the rest of the build script.
