on column 16.
The BCL processor has encountered a continuing parameter
enclosed in apostrophes that does not begin in column 16.
Processing of the BCL statements stops.
To continue parameter fields that are enclosed in
apostrophes, extend the parameter to column 71. Code // in columns
1 and 2 of the following statement. Continue the parameter in column
16 of the following statement even if this splits the parameter. Trailing
blanks or commas within the apostrophes do not indicate a continued
