The MVS™ step stepname return
code is retcode.
This is a general message issued by the Remote Build
server when it encounters a problem with a load module invoked in
a BCL EXEC steps. It is usually followed by another message that provides
more detail about the error.
The Remote Build server stops processing.
Refer to the additional messages issued to correct
the problem.
