Scheduling a broadcast job

Use the Administration Console to schedule a broadcast job to run for your site.


  1. Open the Administration Console and select Site/Store on the Administration Console Site/Store Selection page.
  2. Click Configuration > Scheduler. A list of jobs that are scheduled to run is displayed.
  3. Click New Broadcast. The Schedule Broadcast Job dialog displays.
  4. From the Job command list, select the type of broadcast job you want to run.From the Job Schedule menu; select date, time and policy as required.
  5. Complete the fields and click OK . Your job is now listed on the Scheduler Status Display page and will run at the specified start time.
