Changing return reasons

Use the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to change return reasons.


  1. Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator
  2. From the Store menu, click Return Reasons. The Return Reasons list displays.
  3. Select the check box next to the return reason that you want to work with, and click Change. The Change Return Reason dialog opens.
  4. Update the fields.
  5. Click OK to save the changes.
