Troubleshooting: Supported Web browsers for accessing WebSphere Commerce tools

If you encounter problems with accessing the WebSphere Commerce tool pages, ensure you are using a supported Web browser.

Problem

You cannot access WebSphere Commerce tools, for example WebSphere Commerce Accelerator, through your Web browser.

Solution

Use a supported Web browser. The WebSphere Commerce software requirements - Windows page lists all supported Web browsers.

The WebSphere Commerce tools function best if you also have the Macromedia Flash Player plug-in version 4 or higher for Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Notes:
  1. Ensure that you do not have any pop-up blocker software installed on the machines from which you want to access the WebSphere Commerce tools. Pop-up blocking software will prevent the WebSphere Commerce tools from displaying.
