Troubleshooting: Problems encountered with the screen size for accessing WebSphere Commerce tools

You might encounter problems with the size of the work area in some WebSphere Commerce tool pages, such as WebSphere Commerce Accelerator. To expand the work area, ensure that you update your Internet Explorer version 11 browser to include your credentials.

Problem

You cannot access WebSphere Commerce tools properly. For example, your WebSphere Commerce Accelerator might show a small work area surrounded by scroll bars.

Solution

In Internet Explorer version 11, add your host name as a trusted site.
  1. In the control pane, go to Internet Options.
  2. In the Internet Properties window, click the Security tab.
  3. In Select a zone to view or change security settings, click Trusted sites.
  4. Click Sites.
  5. In the Add this website to the zone field, add your host name. For example, https://hostname.com.
  6. Click Add > Close.
  7. Click OK.
