Enablement options

The Order and Quote Capture Integration uses several options to enable creation and viewing of quotes, segregation of the Shipping and Billing pages, or to suppress those features of Elite starter store that are not supported within the Order and Quote Capture Integration framework.

The following table lists the options that aid in enabling the Order and Quote Capture Integration in an Elite starter store.

Separate shipping and billing pages	Enabling this option displays the shipping information and the information under the Billing and Schedule Order sections on two separate pages. Also, this option suppresses the display of the Order totals, tax, shipping and shipping tax fields on the Shipping page.	Yes
Enable quotes	Enabling this option enables a customer to create and submit quotes to the external system and view all their quotes available in the external system. More specifically, A new Create Quote button is displayed in the lower button panel in the Order Summary page. Customers can click this button to create a quote out of their shopping cart. Customers can view a listing and details of all their quotes submitted in the external system, from the My Accounts section, irrespective of the channel they used to create these quotes.	Yes
Promotion code entry field	Customers can enter a promotion code on the checkout pages.	No this option has been disabled because the Order and Quote Capture Integration does not utilize the promotion features of the Elite starter store. All the price calculations are performed in the external system.
Promotion choice of free gift field	Customers can choose their free gifts on the checkout pages.	No This option has been disabled because the Order and Quote Capture Integration does not use the promotion features of the Elite starter store. All the price calculations are performed in the external system.
Preferred currency	Registered customers can select the currency in which to display product and item prices.	No This option has been disabled to avoid refresh of offer price and recalculation of order values in the external system when the customer updates preferred currency.
Allow Re-order	Enables a customer to re-order a previous order from the orders listing page.	No This option has been disabled because the Order and Quote Capture Integration does not currently support the reordering capability.
