Work faster as you move back and forth between Management
Center and store preview by taking advantage of the new click-to-edit
and in-context preview functions. These complementary functions tighten
the connection between Management Center and store preview.
Click-to-edit function
In store preview, when
you are viewing certain business objects, such as products or web
activities, you can access Edit and Create links
that are embedded in preview pages. These links open Management Center
directly to the page you need to change the business object or create
a new one. You no longer have to waste time by having to navigate
to the business object in Management Center.
In-context preview function
Conversely, when you are working in Management
Center, you can launch store preview directly to the page that you are working on. For example, if
you are editing a product in the Catalogs tool, store preview opens directly to
the product details page for the product. There is no need to start from the
home page and browse to the page that you want to preview.
