Long Run Chat

The supervisor configures the message to the agent and the user that the ‘chat is running too long’. The message set here would be reflected in the agent chat dashboard and BigFix AEX Chat window.

  • If the chat run meets the maximum long chat threshold time, the user and agent get an alert message. Once the max-long chat threshold is breached and chat still runs, the alert message is displayed.
  • When alert supervisor is enabled, the supervisor receives an alert that a particular agent is running too long.
  • When an alert agent is enabled, the agent receives an alert that a particular agent is running too long.
