Custom Activity

Custom activity functionality serves multiple purposes, such as ITSM, ServiceNow, and more. Only supervisors have the authority to add or remove custom activity in the Agent Assist Cognitive Console.

  1. Once the agent clicks the icon on the chat window. It initiates the activity workflow, and the resulting outcome is opened on chat activity as shown as below:
