      If your external device is configured correctly, AppScan's external login recorder and external traffic recorder will show the traffic sent from the device as you send it. This section offers suggestions if it does not.

No URLs found

If no URLs are found, try the following troubleshooting steps:
  1. Check that the Starting URL is correct (see URL and Servers view).
  2. Check that you did not exclude all pages in the site from your scan (see Exclude Paths and Files view).
  3. Check that platform authentication is configured correctly (see HTTP Authentication view).
