Synchronizing users manually

You synchronize users between IBM® Marketing Platform and IBM Marketing OperationsDistributed Marketing. Do this task each time you add new users or to troubleshoot problems with users.

Procedure

1. Log in to Marketing OperationsDistributed Marketing.
2. Click Settings > Marketing OperationsDistributed Marketing Settings.
3. Click Synchronize Users.
