You can create a List Review system task through the workflow
spreadsheet.
Procedure
- In the workflow spreadsheet, in Edit view, select the row
after which you want the Flowchart Run task to appear.
- Click the Add Task Row icon ().
- Select List Review.
A
new task row is added to the flowchart.
- Complete the Schedule Through, Target
Start, Target End, Duration,
and Member Role fields as desired.
You
can also change the name of the task.
- Make the new List Review system task dependent on a Run
Flowchart system task.
- Click Save and Finish.
- If you are working on a multi-offer campaign:
- Click the name of the List Review system task.
The Task properties screen opens.
- In the Segment Code field, enter
the name of the segment as it appears in the flowchart in your linked
campaign.
- Click Save and Return.

You can now enable permanent updates to a list.
