Twilio SMS account configuration

About this task

Customer’s Twilio SMS account requires the following configurations for it to work with Deliver-

Log in to Twilio Console (https://www.twilio.com/console) and create a project for SMS. Copy ACCOUNT SID and AUTH TOKEN for this project.
Create a messaging service ID for this account at https://www.twilio.com/console/sms/services and copy its messaging service ID for further usage.
Work with Twilio onboarding team to upgrade account to ensure sending SMS to any mobile number. Trial accounts need whitelisting of numbers before SMS can be sent to that number.
