Details for working with rules

This section explains how to add, edit, and delete rules in your Contact Optimization session.

You can add an unlimited number of rules to your session. The rules that you create define the criteria by which the set of final (optimized) contacts are determined.

After you perform a production run, if you find that a rule did not perform the way that you expected, you can edit your rule.

You can delete a rule that you no longer use. Deleting a rule has no effect on other rules.
