How do I manage participants in a meeting?

You can view the participant list, invite other users to the meeting, customise the meeting options, and lock the meeting room.

About this task

To view participant list:

  1. Log into the meeting.
  2. Click to view the participant list.
  3. Click Invite to add other users to the meeting.
  4. Click Options to:
    • Lower all hands.
    • Mute everyone else.
    • Switch off all the cameras.
  5. Click Lock meeting to prevent uninvited users from accessing the meeting link.
    Note: Only the meeting moderator and coordinator will be able to lock the meeting room.
