Logging in

Find the Sametime Meetings web app at https://meetings.company.com.

About this task

To use Sametime Meetings, you need a hcl.com account or you can log in as a guest user.

To log in:

  1. Click the link https://meetings.company.com in a Chrome browser.
  2. Log in using your hcl.com email/password.
  3. Authenticate your log in and your in!

As a Guest user:

  1. Click the link https://meetings.company.com in a Chrome browser.
  2. Click on the option Join as Guest.
  3. Enter your name and click JOIN AS GUEST.
