Deleting a meeting room

When an IBM® Sametime® meeting room is no longer needed, you can delete it.

Procedure

  1. Open the Sametime Meeting Center by opening a browser and navigating to the following address:
    http://host_name/stmeetings/
  2. Log in as the Meeting Server Administrator.

    For information on Meeting Server Administrator accounts, see Assigning administrators to the Meeting Room Center.

  3. Click Meeting Room Statistics.
  4. Select a meeting room and click Delete Room.
