Users with shared mail files can click From in the address field of an email to select an alternate "From" address, or request access from other mail files. For more information, see Selecting an alternate From address in a shared mail file.
Note: This feature requires the mail12.ntf template design.

Send mail from your user name, short name, or Internet address

You can now send an email from your User name, Short name, or Internet address . Click From when composing an email to view and select one of these options. For example, you can send email from sdaryn@renovations.com rather than Samantha Daryn/Renovations@Renovations. For more information, see Mail quick reference.

Inbox settings enabled by default

The following inbox settings are now enabled by default:
  • Group By Date

When enabled, messages in the Inbox > All Documents view are grouped by relative date.

  • Beginning of Message

When enabled, users see the first 100 characters of a message in their Inbox or personal folders along with the subject.
