Install improvements

Pre-installed Dictionaries
Language Dictionaries are a part of the Notes kits for all client platforms - no need to install them separately.
There are three types of dictionary files: XTAF (Notes Standard Client), DIC (Notes Basic Client), and Mac OS (Mac only).
Note: Mac users are able to choose between Mac OS dictionaries or Notes based dictionaries. Both are pre-installed. For more information, see How can I switch to a different spelling dictionary? (Mac).
Cascaded installer combines MUI (incremental language) kits with the English installer. For more information, see Using the cascaded Multilingual User Interface (MUI) pack installer.
Reduced footprint of install kits.
