This guide describes how to install HCL DevOps Velocity (Velocity). After you install Velocity, you can perform administrative tasks such as license configuration, upgrading, migrating, managing access permissions and security. This guide is intended for system administrators.

Logging in to DevOps Velocity

You can find the information about logging in to HCL DevOps Velocity (Velocity).

Before you begin

You must have completed the following tasks:

Installed Velocity.
Obtained login credentials, hostname, and port number for Velocity.

Procedure

On the web browser, enter the URL https://hostname:port

Note: The hostname and port are the values that are specified during installation.
Enter the username and password in Username and Password fields.

Note: The initial username is admin and the password is the value specified during the installation.
Click Login.
You have successfully logged in to Velocity.
