EmailPlusPostOffice record type
The EmailPlusPostOffice record type holds in the HCL Compass database a copy of an email message to be sent, which the relay service then processes.

EmailPlusPostOffice record type

The EmailPlusPostOffice record type holds in the HCL Compass database a copy of an email message to be sent, which the relay service then processes.

If you use the PostOffice Relay transport type, EmailPlusPostOffice records are automatically created when an email must be sent. The EmailPlusPostOffice records are processed and deleted by an instance of the mail relay service. The EmailPlusPostOffice record type is an internal only record type, and has no user serviceable parts. If a specific record is causing problems, a member of the EmailPlusAdmins group can delete the record by running a script. If you are not using the PostOffice Relay transport type, then there should be no records of this type.
