EmailPlusAction record type

EmailPlusAction recordy type is used by an internal caching mechanism to minimize the impact of rule evaluation on performance. There is no direct interaction with this record type.

EmailPlusAction records are automatically created by the EmailPlus package whenever the first EmailPlus Rule is created for a given record type. The EmailPlusAction record caches rules. When the rules are evaluated, EmailPlusAction minimizes the performance impact. The EmailPlusAction record type is an internal-only record type. It has no user serviceable parts. If you think that the cache could be out of date, modify any rule for the given record type, and then the cache record will be rebuilt.

Note: Modifying the rule results only in rebuilding the cache record, and not in updating the in-memory caches on any other active clients such as HCL Compass Web, HCL Compass Eclipse Client, or HCL Compass for Windows™ client. To update these caches, users must log out and then log back in.
