Viewing the RFQ request list

You can view RFQs received by your organization.

Procedure

  1. Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator
  2. From the Sales menu, select RFQs.
    A list of RFQ requests displays.
    OptionDescription
    Check boxesSelect the box in the row for any RFQ you want to work with.
    RFQ NameThe name of the RFQ request.
    DescriptionA brief description of the RFQ request.
    Status Indicates the current state of an RFQ request in the RFQ process. Use the View field to select requests that have a specific status. The choices are as follows:
    • All (all requests regardless of state)
    • Active (submitted to buyer)
    • Closed (no more responses are accepted)
    • Complete (winners that are selected and notified)
    Creation timeThe date and time the RFQ request was created.
    Submission dateThe date and time the buyer transmitted the request to the seller.
    Closing DateThe date and time after which no responses are accepted by the buyer.
    RoundIndicates which round the RFQ negotiations are in.
